I think one of the coolest things about movement is that it reminds us that we are human.
You could walk that same loop around the park, do the same set of push ups, take the same belly dancing class, or reach for your same toes day after day and the only thing that would be consistent is that each time you do it, it will be different.
Because as a human, so are you.
As a human, your body is changing.
Your needs are changing.
Your perspective is changing.
As a human being, you’re always changing.
We aren’t made to be robots — we are made to change!
I love how the act of simply moving reminds us of our beautiful humanness.
Today, as you’re moving your body, notice this reminder.
