We will be exploring why there is an epidemic of negative body image, what it actually means to heal and improve body image, how to begin working through body image triggers, developing a sense of self worth and identity that is not dependent on how you look, cultivating the practices to care for and respect your body (especially in challenging body moments), and more.

It's going to be an incredibly supportive + healing month in HELD. 

All March long we will be exploring Body Image together -- from the Body Image Journal to the Fireside Chat with the absolutely amazing Bri Campos (@bodyimagewithbri) to the end of month Mini Virtual Retreat, and all the amazing community conversation, connection, + coaching (yes!
