Do this for a more joyful relationship with movement!

On Saturday, I did an UNMEASURED barre class with Osh.

It definitely wasn’t ‘perfect’ but we had so much fun. At the end (which was about 12 minutes into class) he said, ‘wow we are as strong as triceratops!

What do you need to let go of in order to enjoy movement, like a kid, again?

The self judgment?

The rules? The shoulds?

The comparison?

The ‘body goals’?

The stories or identities that hold you back from feeling free?

The external measurements or validation that rob you of tuning in?

The idea that movement has to look a certain way to ‘count’?

The idea that you need to move a certain way or look a certain way to be ‘enough’?

The toxic before-and-after photos filling up your explore feed?

The messages telling you that you need to earn rest or burn off dessert or ‘get your body back’?

Fatphobia?

Self hatred?

Perfectionism?

Diet culture?

This is the short list that came to mind… I could go on!
